LMS Exec PTO Meeting Minutes

Attendance:   Anne Dresie, Jana Mickey, Rene Barton,  Emma Benezette, Jennifer Truman, Sarah Olson, Kandi Jacobs, Ashley Leuck, Jennifer Bronson

1. Approval of Minutes
   1. November minutes approved by Sarah Olson, Renee Barton second.

2. Principal’s Update
   1. 6^th grade enrollment night is January 27
   2. It’s been a busy time the last 3 weeks with band, orchestra, choir
   3. Great feedback from ENO
   4. 71 staff currently

3. President’s Report
   1. ENO Recap / Feedback
      1. Still gathering receipts
      2. For spring, we will work with Mr. Colburn on dismissal process when students need/want to leave early
      3. Working on process for cleaning up concession through the event so clean-up isn’t so challenging at end/ food in gym opportunity to make better.
      4. LMS will sell extra ENO concessions at basketball games, etc.
      5. Holiday gift card donation update- $2275 collected so far.
         1. Sarah Olson suggests updating the digital form on Membership Toolkit for next year to be able to track donations properly. 

4. Treasurer Report – Ashley / Jennifer
   1. PTO taxes have been filed for 2024 per Jennifer Truman. 

5. Grant Approval - Jen Bronson
   1. Grant Approval- Motion to approve $7000.19 expense for grants by Renee Barton, Sarah Olson second. Motion approved. 
   2. Presentation of grants to be held at school on 12/9/25.
