Principal’s Update
1. Discussed upcoming Grants season; have a couple awesome ideas for grant applications that will help school
2. Musical had great feedback and attendance

President’s Report
1. Meeting agenda:
  1. Counselor Needs / Fund a Friend funds
  2. Dec You are Awesome Gift Cards for principals

Eagles Fest recap and 8^th grade graduation
1. Do we want to purchase shirts in bulk as in the past?
2. Do we want to keep PTO donation to graduation steady at $2000 as in years past

Treasurer Report – Jennifer / Ashley
1. Revisit fund allocation breakdown
2. Review standings

VP Communications – Emma B
1. Eagle Fest recap – We received great feedback. The new food trucks went over well. Good feedback on needing more trash cans outside.
2. New Family hospitality revamp
3. 8^th grade farewell planning
  1. Dates / buses, location, ticket cost- Finalizing the location. The date will be the day before graduation (we alternate across the district between the day of and the day before, based on busses).
  2. Get shirt count, order if necessary (this is yr 3 of on 3 yr bulk buy)

VP School and Community – Rene B
1. Staff Appreciation – Overview of schedule for 2025
  1. Oct / Nov – cleaned and stocked lounge, bundt cakes / coffee truck 11/17
  2. Dec – gifts / donut delivery
2. Student appreciation
  1. Quarter 1 – Delivered candy to classrooms, candy was hit, maybe too many offerings.
    1. Leftovers – some to principals for You Are Awesome, what to do with the remaining
  2. Quarter 2 – custom LMS Water bottle stickers
3. Grants
  1. Form going to principals this week
  2. Deadline to apply is 11/21. Jennifer will come into our next PTO meeting and present the details.
4. New plants for planters arriving in Dec
5. Acquisition ideas - trashcans

VP Ways and Means – Sarah O
1. Community fundraiser schedule for the year
  1. Oct: Dave’s Hot Chicken
  2. Kendra Scott Nov 18^th
2. Eagles Night Out
  1. Wristband count – 180 currently.
  2. Discussed, it might help to purchase a Square so we can take electronic payment. Team agreed this would be helpful.

Volunteer slots almost filled (exec members help thurs/fri decorate)
1. We need as many volunteers as possible for decorating on Thursday and Friday.
